Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Full payment is required before trip commencement. Prices are subject to change based on availability and seasonality.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee. 14-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: No refund unless due to circumstances beyond your control.

Limitation of Liability

Road Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
